TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL bookings require 25% non refundable deposit to secure dates, for packages full payment must be made 30 days prior to the commencement of any tour. All day tours must be paid in full before departure.

Cancellation within 14 days of tour is non refundable (pending circumstances)

NT Fish & 4x4 will not be held liable for any  flight or tour cancelations due to changes in Covid regulations, restrictions and or pandemic outbreaks.

The 25% deposit will be held and alternate dates can be negotiated to suit both parties. If alternate dates can not be negotiated within reasonable terms a portion of the deposit will be refunded less administration fees.

 

Extreme weather events such as cyclones, flooding and severe thunderstorms may cause you tour to be postponed or cancelled in these events  alternate dates can be negotiated or a portioned refund will be calculated based on services rendered.
